The SMS programs under ajw.work — including the "ajw assistants" service — are operated by Marker 78 Collective, LLC ("we," "us"). They are personal, single-user services: the operator of the account configures an assistant for himself, and he is the only recipient of its messages. This policy explains what these programs collect, how it is used, and the choices available.
The mobile phone number the account holder enrolls; the date, time, and text of the consent he records at enrollment; and the content and metadata (timestamps, delivery status) of messages sent to and from the service. We also keep operational logs of the systems that deliver these messages.
Mobile numbers are used solely to deliver the service's messages to the enrolled account holder. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Message frequency varies with the account holder's own activity, typically one to five messages per day. Message and data rates may apply.
Conversation content is used to operate the assistant: composing scheduled briefs, answering the account holder's own messages, and maintaining the assistant's working memory. Logs are used to diagnose delivery failures and to meter usage and cost.
Messages are carried by Twilio Inc. as our SMS provider; delivery metadata passes through their systems as required to send and receive texts. Conversation storage and the assistant's reasoning run on infrastructure we operate. We do not use analytics services, advertising networks, or data brokers.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not send marketing messages, and the service has no consumer recipients — the only person these programs may text is the account holder who configured them.
Conversation records and consent records are retained for as long as the service is active, as the assistant's working history, and are deleted when the account holder removes the service or requests deletion. Operational logs rotate on shorter schedules.
Data is stored on systems controlled by the operator, with access limited to the account holder. Transport to and from our SMS provider uses TLS; webhook requests are verified by cryptographic signature before any message is stored.
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving messages; reply HELP for help. Enrollment is optional, is not a condition of any other service, and the enrolled number can be changed or removed at any time from the same screen where it was added. These programs are not directed to children and are not offered to the public; the sole intended user is the adult account holder.
Material changes to this policy will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date.
