The "ajw assistants" SMS program delivers personal-assistant messages — a scheduled morning summary of the account holder's own calendar and task backlog, reminders he requested in advance, and replies to messages he sends first — to the single mobile number its account holder enrolled. The service is operated by Marker 78 Collective, LLC for the account holder's personal use and is not offered to the public.
Enrollment happens on the application's own settings screen, where the account holder enters his mobile number, is shown the full consent statement with links to this page and the Privacy Policy, and affirms a checkbox that is never pre-selected. The date of consent is recorded. Screenshots of the enrollment screen are published at ontagd.com/assistants/sms-consent. Enrollment is optional and is not a condition of using any other service.
Message frequency varies with the account holder's own activity, typically one to five messages per day. Message and data rates may apply according to your carrier plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Reply STOP to cancel at any time; the service stops sending immediately. Reply HELP for help, or contact hub@ajw.work. The enrolled number can also be removed from the same screen where it was added.
The service is a one-person tool; it does not accept enrollment of third-party numbers and sends no messages to anyone but the enrolled account holder.
The service is provided as-is, without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marker 78 Collective, LLC's liability arising from the service is limited to the amount paid for it, which is zero.
Material changes to these terms will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date.
