This program has exactly one recipient: the account holder. He enrolls on the application's own settings screen — entering his mobile number, reading the consent statement with links to the Terms and the Privacy Policy, and affirming a checkbox that is never pre-selected. The date of consent is recorded. Enrollment is optional and removable from the same screen. The screenshots below show the exact screen at the point of entry and after consent is recorded (the number shown is a reserved example number; the flow is unchanged for a real one).
